These pictures has been tooken during the biggest French exhibition: "La Locomotion en fête" The Unic M10 was parked in front of the "Camion Club de France" (Truck Club of France) tente. The trumpets do not impress more than that the passersby. On its right side, is the the De Dion Bouton type 1917 owned by Dominique Bleuven, Jacques Sabard companion .

As you can see, the steering wheel is on the right side, which was the custom , not to drive on the left side of the road, but to see better the ditch as road pavement was strongly curved and slippery.

No dust under and on deck ' s Unic M10. In Beautiful letters painted is inscribed the name of the sawmill followed by that of its Owner and place. Let's go fetch the logs ...

Unic M10 history

The body was designed to enmener a trinqueballe also called triqueballe. Petit Larousse says: "male name (maybe Dutch trukken, shoot, and ballen, burden). Float used for carrying long loads, especially drums's tree with two wheels, an axle, below which the load is suspended, and a tongue or an arrow. "This arrow's grip on the Unic M10. This van Unic M10 rolled up to 1959. The death of its owner, the vehicle stayed in a shed in ruins until May 1998.

Restoration required 1800 hours of work.

In April 2012, the M10 has passed a roadworthiness test. She is currently in the Sarthe immariculée under the CD number 575 SD.
